Last Respect To Goldie

Goldie Died of Hypertensive Heart Disease

The autopsy carried out after the sudden death  of the former Big Brother Africa house mate, Goldie, at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, Ikeja, Lagos,  revealed that the talented Music star, suffered a terminal ‘hypertensive heart disease’ which resulted to’ intracerebellar haemorrhage.’

This was carried out on February 19, signed by Dr. O.O Oyewole of the Department of Pathology and Forensic Medicine.

The burial arrangement will be announced by the family.

May her soul rest in perfect peace... Amen.

Ibinabo Fiberesima, who is the current president of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN sent out a Blackberry broadcast message to her colleagues  just this morning, in the entertainment industry to come together and put an end to the incessant death being experienced in the industry lately.
Her message reads,
"With the incessant death occurring in the entertainment industry this year, it's high time we put a stop 2 it. We must surrender our lives to Almighty God irrespective of our religious believes.
"Let's come together and embark on prayers and commit our industry and practitioners to God. We need serious Prayers. We must reject death in the entertainment industry.
"Join us irrespective of ur status, age, believes,profession, etc, Let's pray. Let's Save Nigeria, let's Save the Entertainment Industry. Only God saves.
"Ibinabo Fiberesima, President Actors Guild of Nigeria."

Dr Sid Father, Justus Esiri is dead

The thespian Justus Esiri, who starred as the The Village Headmaster in the popular '70s, passed on. Esiri who has featured in several Nollywood movies, born in November 1942 in Delta State. His role on the iconic Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) TV “Village Headmaster” was one of the pioneers who took the leap and helped lay the foundation for the Nollywood He is survived by his wife Omiete and children including Onoriode Esiri the Nigerian music star popularly known as Dr Sid. Afrocandy: I Am Not A Porn Star

Judith Opara Mazagwu, popularly known as Afrocandy  is annoy with some people and journalists who misunderstood her raunchy music videos and suggestive dressing for that of a porn actress.

Mazagwu, who formerly married to Elumelu Mazagwu with two kids, who not too long ago called for audition of some of her movies, asking aspiring actors and actresses who would like to get naked on set to send their contacts to her,  responded to questions, asking if she is a porn star on her facebook account thus:

“I AfroCandy solemnly want to clear the air here that I do not act porn movies, never acted in any porn and I am not a porn star, so stop the foolishness and the stupid questions. I act in regular movies, not afraid to go naked but that doesn’t make one a porn star, okay. Listen up, I am a boss and I know where I invest my money”. She said.
Dont get it twisted! She’s just doing her own thing in her own way.

Goldies Is Gone

Goldie passed away after a brief headache shortly afetr her arrival from United State to witness Grammy Awards yesterday night. Goldie was rushed to her official hospital, Reddington, Victoria Island, Lagos, for treatment, unfortunately she kicked the bucket. The cause of Goldie’s death will be announced as the news is currently been processed.
Burial arrangements will be announced by the family. She is survived by her father, step- mother, brothers and sisters. I express sympathy to her family, her loved once and her fans all over the world.
