We Need Award For Cosmetic Surgeons— IK Osakioduwa Shades Toke

IK Osakioduwa, host of the ninth Africa Magic Viewers Choice, AMVCA, award has called for the inclusion of a category for cosmetic surgeons.

IK made this known while hosting the award show alongside Toke Makinwa.

The show held at Eko Hotel in Lagos State.

According to him, cosmetic surgery is costly and the skilful surgeons behind the transformations should be acknowledged and appreciated for their commendable work.

“I will like to recommend that next year, we have to have a category for cosmetic surgeons who have worked so hard to make so many of these actors beautiful. They work so hard.. Listen is not a small deal.

“Do you know how expensive these plastic surgery is? I am not talking about the cheap ones we do in Nigeria. Back in the days, that was like $40,000. It was that expensive. Toke am I lying?” He asked.

DAILY POST reports that some female celebrities who looked extravagant at the event had confirmed that they had Brazilian Butt Lift, BBL.

Some of the celebrities include, Mercy Eke, Nengi Hampson, Toke Makinwa, Tonto Dike and Abiri Oluwabusayo.

I Grew Up With Chioma, Known Her For 20 Years —Davido

 Nigerian musical sensation, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has disclosed that he didn’t just meet his wife recently. According to him, they have known each other for about two decades.

He made this known during an interview with Tattleroomng, where he said she has grown to become a part of him, saying how much of a good match they are together.

He also stated that she is the best decision he ever made. He said, “‘Me and my wife, we grew up together, we met in school. We are just so used to each other. She is like a part of me.

You definitely have to get someone that understands you, me and my wife, we are just perfect. It’s just a good match. She is the best decision ever made. And I have known her for almost 20 years and she can cook well.’’

It would be recalled that David and Chioma attended Babcock University where he pursued a degree in music while Chioma was studying Economics. The two officially began dating in 2015

 Big Brother Naija star, Tacha Akide has left social media users in awe after revealing the whopping cost of her 2023 AMVCA outfit.

The 9th edition of the prestigious awards is currently happening at the Eko Hotel Convention Centre Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos with celebrities from the entertainment industry all gathered in resplendent fashion.

Tacha, who was dressed in a blue dress, designed by celebrity designer, Tolu Bally, revealed that her dress is worth $20,000

The actress stated that though everyone looked amazing on the Black red carpet, nobody comes closer to her.

Everybody looks AMAZING on the BLACK CARPET TODAY!!! BUT we all know Nobody comes close!!!”.

She went on to share a receipt to evidence her claims.

Veteran Actor, Adewale Adeyemo Is Dead

 

Veteran Yoruba actor, Prince Adewale Adeyemo, died on Monday morning after a brief illness.

The news was announced by fellow actor, Kunle Afod, on his Instagram page.

Sharing a picture of the deceased, Afod wrote, “Hmmmm God you know best RIP Prince Adewale Adeyemo.

“He passed on early hours of today after a brief illness. God will comfort all his family, friends and colleagues.”

This comes hours after the Yoruba movie industry held a night of tribute for late Murphy Afolabi, who passed on May 14, 2023

According to information gathered from a very close source, it was revealed that the Fuji star supported the family of the deceased with such an amount of money due to the relationship he had with the deceased while still alive.

Additional information from the source stated that the Fuji star affirmed that Murphy Afolabi was a great actor who was extremely skilled in his art. He further stated that Afolabi’s artistic legacy must be sustained, as it is a rare one in the entertainment industry.

“I’m glad the deceased lived a purposeful and fulfilling life, and he left a promising mark on Earth. One way to appreciate his contributions is by supporting his family to some reasonable extent,” said King (Dr) Saheed Osupa’s ally.

It can be confirmed that Osupa has been a support system for many people in the industry, regardless of their field, to help them grow.
