“Wow! Abagana’s Daughter is Now a Big Girl........Julius Agwu

Comedian Julius Agwu shares picture of late comedian Abagana’s daughter – She looks all grown and elated in the photo – According to reports, Julius is one of the few entertainers to have supported the late comedian’s family since his death in 2008 A-list Nigerian comedian Julius Agwu has shared a picture of him and late comedian Abagana’s daughter and she looks all happy and grown up in it.
When Chibuzor Ajaoku also known as Abagana passed on January 24, 2008, he left behind his wife Angela Chukwu and a little daughter who was only a year old at the time. After the sad incident, a lot of comedians reportedly promised to support the late comedian’s family but according to Angela only Julius matched his words with actions. She also listed comedian Dauda as another entertainer who was there for the family in times of need.
In an interview with Encomium magazine in March 2014, she said of Julius and his fatherly role since the tragic incident: “Julius Agwu has truly shown that he is Abagana’s father and mentor. In fact he paid for my Law School. When he said it, I did not believe it until my alert convinced me. Dauda has also been there.” Her marriage with the late comedian was short-lived as it was less than two years but in the Encomium interview, she maintained that she still has a cordial relationship with his family. Comedian Julius Agwu is known for his philanthropy and this is not the first time he has supported his colleagues in need including those around him. In 2015, when Afrobeat artist and events host Alariwo was reportedly bed-ridden and in need of $130, 000 for a corrective surgery abroad, Julius Agwu (then having recently survived a near-death illness himself) reached out to the Nigerian entertainer and gave out the sum of N7 million for the medical procedures.

Paul Okoye And Tiwa Savage Make Magic On Bang Bang Remix

Paul Okoye and Tiwa Savage come together on remix of Bang Bang – This makes it the second collaboration between both Nigerian superstars – Bang Bang is a mid tempo, love song which has both singers reaching out to loved ones Paul Okoye and Tiwa Savage seem to be ‘getting their groove on’ and there are at least two songs to show for this. Earlier, they recorded Get It Together – a campaign song for the Nigerian Urban Reproductive Health Initiative. They are back on another one. The controversies surrounding him and his brothers (Peter and Jude Okoye) regardless, Paul of P-Square joins forces with Nigeria’s queen of pop Tiwa Savage and they make magic off Bang Bang remix. The mid tempo song puts together elements from Afro beat, pop and R&B melodies making it a pleasant track even at first listen.

It is slow and chilled, largely a love piece which sees both singers pouring out emotions in the 5:33 seconds song. There are many reasons this is going to grow on listeners. First, the song is relatable in terms and view of the local elements in the drums, rhythm and lyrical make up. Then there is the star presence on it given both heavyweights who have prior super impressive music records. Lastly, there is the (current) family situation between the Okoye brothers –Peter, Paul and Jude Okoye– which has out them on the front burner of social media in Nigeria as well as on newspaper headlines. What this does for each of them or anyone remotely affiliated to them is that anything they touch at this point in time becomes gold or something close as far as entertainment is concerned. With this, and with the prior laden stardom of a Tiwa Savage, it is easy to say Bang Bang remix will go places if given the right push.
