Portable Appeared At The Criminal Investigation Department In Yaba

 Following the announcement made by the Nigerian Police Force on Monday 17, February 2025 of being declared wanted, controversial Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has finally turned himself in at the Lagos State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) in Yaba.

The self-proclaimed “madman” had been on the run after the Ogun State Police Command issued a warrant for his arrest over an alleged attack on government officials. Despite his attempts to plead his case in viral videos—claiming to be a psychiatric patient—law enforcement insisted he must face investigation.

Confirming his surrender, Lagos State Police spokesperson Benjamin Hundeyin stated, Portable just turned himself in at the SCID Yaba. We have contacted Ogun State Police Command to come pick him up.
